Shopping in Thunder Bay - "Visiting Intercity Mall"

Another place I always wanted to visit while in Thunder Bay is Intercity Mall. On Wednesday, January 22, 2003, I did manage to get out shopping to Intercity Mall! Wearing my "mini skirt"!! It was such a wonderful and pleasant experience too:-) When I got there, the first place I went to was The Garage Clothing. I checked out all the racks, with a couple of other girls in the store and found nothing I wanted. Actualy, that was a special place for me, since I was wearing the pleather skirt I bought there two years ago!!

Then I walked through the mall checking out all the sale racks that had been set out in the mall. It was so much fun. I did notice a few guys checking me out, but as I also noticed they didn't point me out to their wives/girlfriends, I can bet they hadn't figured it out. I spent some time in Ricki's, Suzie Sheir, and a few other's I can't remember the names of. The staff at all the stores I went into were very helpfull too. I did manage to find two sweaters, a light and a dark blue, from Suzie Sheer, so I didn't walk away empty handed. Then I went into Sears and bought some hose. When I left the mall and was walking to my van, you can bet I was a happy girl!!

Then it was time for dinner. So, I stopped at Mr. Chinese, on Arthur St., where I've been many times before as "him". I walked in and stood at the counter and as the girl walked past to take my order for take-out, she commented "You must be cold with that short skirt on!" (It was -30 C out!) She took my order and there I stood, a big smile on my face. Oh, and the Red Green look-a-like sitting alone at a table sure seemed interested in my legs*S* I kind of enjoyed giving him a thrill. I didn't stay for the meal, and took it back to my motel. simply enjoying being out doing the everyday things I never thought would be possible:-)
